Common Questions

Should I list every creditor when I apply or can I leave some off (for example, one of my credit cards)?

You should list all your debt with Credit Advisors. (However, if you have a credit card with no balance you would not include that in the Credit Advisors program; and you may be able to use this for “emergencies” check with your creditor). Creditors agree to our program provided you list all your creditors with us. Credit Advisors receives preferential interest treatment based on the fact that we don’t “play favorites” by leaving some of the creditors out of the program. This would not be fair to the creditors who are on our program. Besides, you’ll feel much better knowing that you have given your best effort to get out of debt by listing all of your debt to become truly debt-free.
